These terms apply when you use the Aquarium Sea website or place an order. Aquarium Sea operates from New Zealand, and our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your items, quantities, delivery charges and order total before paying.
If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material pricing or availability error, we will contact you and provide any cancellation or refund required by law. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Prices and offers
All prices are in United States dollars. The $ symbol means USD. Shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Your bank or payment provider may charge separate conversion or transaction fees.
Quantity offers apply to eligible Oceanveil projectors and exclude optional services. The product page and checkout show the applicable offer and final total. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.
Crossed-out offer totals represent the current undiscounted product total, not a claim about a previous selling price.
Product information
Oceanveil is an ocean-themed light projector. Follow the instructions supplied with your item.
Lifestyle images include AI-generated visualizations. Surrounding furniture, decorations and other props are not included. Product descriptions and specific commitments made when you purchase form part of your order.
Optional services
Optional warranty, priority shipping and shipping protection are charged once per order at the price shown before purchase. Review the description and applicable conditions before selecting an add-on.
Optional services do not replace or restrict your legal rights. You do not need to purchase them to receive remedies required by consumer law.

Our Shipping policy explains delivery estimates, shipping options and how to get help with a delayed or missing order.
Our Return and refund policy explains how to report damaged items and request a refund.
Using our website
Do not submit fraudulent orders, use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
Store content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared. Shopify and payment providers also process information needed to operate the store and complete payments.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where these terms conflict with mandatory consumer protections, those protections take precedence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the store. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights or commitments attached to existing orders.
